The Handle

The NGT XPR Specimen Screw-Fix Net Handle – 2m is an 2 Section Net Handle

and extend to 2m (6.6ft), 2pc telescopic net handle with soft rubber grip and ‘screw fix’ connection.

Netting the Fish

When you have netted the fish and the fish is still in the water in your net (do not try to pick the net up like you would with a normal net).

Keep the net in the water, slide one of the arms out of the spreader block and then the other arm.

Put the handle section on side.

Then take the two arms of the net together and roll up the net, as you do that take care that the fins of the fish is fold back agents the fish.

Then roll the net up all the way to the fish.

Slide the fish into the sling and then take the fish out the water.

Using The Sling

The use of a sling when you weight your fish, to make sure that the fish do not get hurt, or fall on the ground when you weight your fish.

You can use the sling to keep your fish safe and to rest after you landed the fish.

I would recommend keeping the fish in the sling for the same amount of time you took to land the fish and then release your fish.https://www.cmfcarp.co.za/product/ngt-xpr-flotation-sling-and-retaining-system-mesh-pvc-with-case/

Taking the Picture

I would also recommend getting everything ready for your taking the photo before you take the picture of the fish, when you have the fish out of the water consider the fish cant breath out the water so get it back as soon as you can.

Think of this try to keep your breath as long as you have the fish out the water and see how you feel

The net dose not come with a bag you can have a look at the NGT Stink bag for the net https://www.cmfcarp.co.za/product/ngt-stink-bag-pvc-for-42-nets/
